Community Water Conservation Program Guide

How can we empower Aboriginal Australians to work in their communities on water conservation and hygiene issues?

Community Water Ranger programmes have the potential to foster communities with a strong sense of stewardship over water. They can also improve relationships between Aboriginal communities and Power and Water staff.

This manual is designed to support those wishing to establish and operate Community Water Ranger programmes in the Northern Territory. It includes information around programme governance and monitoring procedures, as well as activity guides for rangers to employ in their day to day work.
